This has been a time of great change for me, I feel excited and inspired to be starting a brand new chapter in my career and artistry.
My new recording, Believe, was released on March 29th. We are thrilled about the love and great response we are receiving from across the world! The music on Believe was written by producer Beth Styles, songwriter extraordinaire. Together with Beth and my new (and bad ass!) business partner Jackie Tepper, the three of us collaborated on the music for nearly one year. Believe is my tenth album and truly is the recording that means the most to me, to date.

THE SERVICE WILL BE STREAMING LIVE!!
On June 21 at 6pm, singer Neshama Carlebach will participate in Shabbat services at Central Synagogue in NYC. Carlebach will perform a song from her acclaimed new album ‘Believe’, from the Bimah:
Central Synagogue is a historic landmark and is one of the most celebrated centers of Judaism in the country. Rabbi Angela Buchdahl, Central Synagogue’s senior Rabbi, was among the first Jewish leaders to place a moratorium on the music of Neshama’s father, Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, following the 2018 resurfacing of allegations against him in the #metoo era.
Neshama’s return to Central this Shabbat represents a cycle of healing and thoughtfulness. Rabbi Buchdahl will lead the Friday night service with Cantor Daniel Mutlu and their clergy team. Carlebach is grateful to Rabbi Buchdahl and Cantor Mutlu for the opportunity to reconnect with the Central Synagogue community. It will be an evening of spiritual thanksgiving and renewal.
Neshama Carlebach’s tenth album “Believe” was released on March 29, 2019.
For her performance at Central, she will be accompanied by her pianist/musical director, Seth Farber.
